Lifetime cyclist

In praise of keeping fit and active beyond 80 - the only concession is that’s now a fancy lightweight electric bike - which I think is allowed. We had a super ride with cafe lunch. And in the evening after dinner enjoyed a heart warming film Lunana A Yak in the Classroom set in Bhutan which we’ve both cycled through.
