The Sweep...

I've never come across the practice before but it was going on at at least three of the tables at Donald and Sarah's wedding. Basically, around our table we had a sweep stake on the length of the father of the bride's speech. Pound each in the glass, closest stated time wins. Mrs TFP cashed in the glass with the 14 minute mark.

A rather wonderful day and nice to see the couple so happy.
