Corinium

There are so many of these ancient Roman stones and column bases dotted around Cirencester. I keep coming across new ones even a year after moving here from Belgarum. (Winchester)

I only just spotted these blocks today… just around the corner from our house! I guess I just didn’t spot them behind the large plant until today.

Oh… Corinium is what Cirencester was named back in the day .
