Artichoke

I'm glad today is over. Its highlight was an enjoyable but too long lunch with some old colleagues, many of whom I hadn't seen in years. I was pleased that we all still recognised each other - no embarrassing gaffs.

I love artichokes, both in the eating and the looking at in all their stages.
