Butter wouldn't melt

Taken a few days ago, somehow forgot to post. Unforgivable. This little softie (bet you won't agree) is a Micro Bully. He's wearing booties because he has a 'permanent' skin condition. Despite their fearsome reputation, the ones I have come across are so friendly. But, yes, I'm always very wary about approaching without checking with their owners.

Working through my list of things to do before friends arrive. Winning! Plan to make celeri remoulade, pickled vegetables and hummus today or perhaps tomorrow morning. Having a couple of meals out, so Mr B only has to cook Monday and Tuesday evenings. Tomorrow, on their way down, they are having lunch with family, so cheese, ham, salads will suffice.

Had our coffees at Da Nunzio earlier, bought food at Lidl, planned to return Primark's (£5) shorts Mr B didn't want, but must have left them somewhere. They disappeared. Lucky not more expensive!

Getting much colder tonight. Brrrrr.
