Turning point

I was out in the garden this afternoon and I suddenly thought - this really is Spring. There were flowers, leaves starting to appear, bird song . . . and sunshine. I suppose, after all the dull, damp weather of the last few days, it was a relief to see the brightness, but I actually felt it was like a turning point. 

It's lovely to hear bird song and lots of bird activity. We have so many Blue Tits and we just hope they will use the nesting boxes - they have three to chose from.

Extra - a new iPad arrived this morning. I use my mini iPad so much and realised that it was getting old, so I bought a new one whilst I could get a reasonable trade in. It was beautifully packaged of course.
