Versace house

We got an Uber  uptown this morning and saw the house where  Gianni Versace lived ( and was shot outside). It is now a hotel/restaurant and we booked a table for dinner on Monday.  The rain was biblical and we got soaked until we found a shop selling attractive plastic ponchos - $5.00 well spent.  Saw No.2 briefly this morning and having dinner with him and H tonight - hope the weather is not getting him down too much.  Trying not to have a sense of humour failure and just accept it.  Bloody weather !!!!!
