Rain doesn't stop tourists

I had a plan to go to the closing of the Greenwich docklands festival, which promised to be an explosion of colour, pyrotechnics and music. I'm sure it would have had some good photo opportunities. (Un)fortunately, I got waylaid at the Harp near Covent garden catching up with a couple of friends after work....and didn't make it out to the docks.

Instead, this is a photo from of tourists at Horse Guards Parade. I always get held up by many taking photos of the guards and horses...but today there was an extra battle, with inattentive umbrella wielders. Dangerous....
