Yellow

A trip to an art gallery is always so restorative to the spirit, especially when you’re there solo and can drift at will, lingering as long as you wish as the mood takes you. Saving the quilt and Emily Kan Kngwarray exhibitions to see with my sisters, still plenty of new works to see, a the Vincent Namatjira exhibition. The main shows a glimpse through to Vincent, extras show one of the works (amused my daughter as I hoped it might), a sculpture whose shadows entranced me, and a glimpse through to a wedding from James Terrell’s wonderful Skyspace. Plus the quilts.
