Just Like Mine

My first car was a 1967 850cc mini just like this one except that it was maroon. The registration plate on mine was GCO 109E. I had two accidents not long after I passed my driving test (predictable?!), the second of which wrote the car off.

My uncle broke the car up for spares and about 7 years after the accident he handed me a package. It was only the original number plate from that poor little mini. I've got it on display in my garage.
