Green Belt
I've had a lovely few hours in the company of our Jen today. We walked through St Ives to Marley and then to Caron's farm where she was holding a fund-raiser for Bunny Camp, an organisation which takes in rescue bunnies. We had a very pleasant cream tea in her beautiful rambling garden, stocked up on delicious cakes and flapjacks and then walked back to our house. Jen decided to walk home so I went with her to the top of the Moor so that she could take the scenic route. This view is taken from the top of Deepcliff above our house. It shows the green belt between the far village of Wilsden and our village. You can see the newest estate of houses at the bottom of the blip. The wooded area running across the blip houses the very pleasant walk to Goit Stock Waterfall and just above that you can see Bents Lane, my cycle route to work, running past the farmhouse. If you are able to join us on a Blipwalk week after next you will be taking in the Moor and waterfall as part of the trek ramble!
