Chemical Model - Cow Parsley

Just in from lunch at Scran and Scallie in Stockbridge. Rather nice - good ambience, tasty food and friendly service. Highlight was the asparagus with hollandaise: simple but tasty.

Earlier, we had a quick wander around the gardens. I liked the delicacy of the cow parsley, makes sense that it's also known as Queen Anne's Lace. Cropping in on it, and making it B&W, I was reminded of those chemical models you'd see bearded men pointing at on Open University programmes late at night on BBC2 in the early 80s.
