New steps

Well they are on the way.
These are our new steps ( not finished yet) to Tunks park. We always thought the old ones were too steep. We discovered that the developer who constructed our house 30 years ago refused to pay the builder for more steps so the builder constructed less steps and so they were steep.

They were also made so that if anything went wrong with the plumbing the pipes were inaccessible. It has been difficult to find a builder who would do this small but difficult job. But we have Shaun.

The other complication is they are shared with our neighbour.
