Lovely relaxing day

Mr B and friends had a long brisk 2 hour walk on beach front. Unexpectedly (fairly) warm and sunny, as weather was supposed to get much colder. I chose to let them go on their own as can't keep up, and aching from cleaning and that sciatica or whatever it is (much better, bit slow to go). Then took the Breezer bus which stops a few yards from the Nici to meet up with them for Sunday lunch.

Had a pleasant time there. Staff super friendly and attentive. Food 'OK', but the location, decor, and unstuffy atmosphere makes it all the better. Friends had this Smoked Salmon on a bed of potato Blini starter, Mr B had Burrata, and I had the vegan Cauliflower and Truffle Soup. To follow Roast Beef, and Pork Roasts. Mine was vegan Nut Roast with all the trimmings (except Yorkshire Pudding).

Walked back into town, and bus home. Yawning. Another early night beckons. Should recive tomorrow!
