Chaffinch

After a typical Sunday morning, Chris joined us for a walk at the Hawk and Owl Reserve at Shapwick Moor this afternoon in blue skies and more Spring-like temperatures.

The bird feeders at the hide were particularly popular with chaffinches and tits. A spotted woodpecker kept flitting on and off the feeders but didn’t stay long enough to get in frame.
