Romantic setting for weddings

 
This stone beside the river Teith at the Roman camp hotel in Callander is a romantic and popular setting for weddings.
(Our own wedding, 50 years ago was in Halifax Register office, for reasons which are far too complicated to go into ).
 
 We were over in Callander today for lunch at the Potting Shed bistro. When it came time to pay, I flashed my Apple watch half expecting the waiter to comment on it.
 
 He did. But not in the way I expected.
 
“We have had two people in recently who paid with their hand. They had implants under the skin.”
 
In future are we going to be chipped like our pets?
