Sunday blues

Blue in the garden that is not suffering from the blues.  Our garden at this time of year is full of mainly blue and some yellow flowers, although the blue does lean towards purple at times.  I do love the muscari but they have become thugs and now seem to grow everywhere: time to remove some of them!  The Pasque flowers, featured in my thumbnail, didn't open fully until 18 April last year.  Looking at them, I think that it will be earlier this year.  There is just a glimpse of one of the violets: they have chosen to grow in rather a secluded place and I can't yet easily access all parts of the garden.
