One heck of a bike ride

Youngest daughter and I went on what I thought was going to be a pretty straight forward cycle tide through The Forest of Dean.

This is the 'before' photo, 19 miles later after completing two separate trials, the second of which was the fun but scary Verderers Trail we were both a bit, no absolutely, cream-crackers!!!
