Amaryllis

Today I visited my friend Anne in Hastings.
OMG! The journey there was horrendous with traffic jams because of the road works; I told myself not to return home that way on the A259, instead I went via Ninfield on the way home.
Rain stopped our plans of visiting Rye; instead we stayed at Annes by the cosy fire & chatted over a cuppa or 3.
Here is Anne's Amaryllis, so pretty.
I was glad to get home, Anne's company as always lovely, but the journey was less so.
