On my walk.

Walked down to the village hall this morning,  past all these lovely daffodils, and went to the introductory meditation session that was starting today. Very relaxing and good to chat afterwards over tea and coffee. Had a quick sandwich for lunch and then drove over to the last lecture in the History of Medicine series. I shall miss those lectures and I will enrol again for the next set of lectures in the autumn.
