Sleepy

Sometimes I find it difficult to get off to sleep - so I bought this pillow spray, it's supposed to help you drop off to sleep. It doesn't! It may well have a relaxing scent, but I don't think it makes any difference to whether I can get to sleep. 
This is an emergency blip - you may have guessed! It's been a wet and miserable day!!
