The time has come to return

Filfar is an orange based Cypriot Liqueur. We discovered this on our first trip to Cyprus many years ago when we went to visit my husband's sister who was living there at the time. It's not as sweet as Cointreau, more of a brandy base I think. We always bring a couple of bottles home and know that the time has come to return to Cyprus when the 2nd bottle nears the end.

We return to Cyprus on Wednesday, not having been there since Easter of last year, we have some very good friends there whose hospitality knows no bounds. We are treated like family and have gained an insight into Cypriot culture that've wouldn't normally get. I can't wait to go!
