Monte Tre Callis walk

Back blip 2.

Today was a fantastic walk from the front door of the hotel in Bomerano up to the top of Monte Tre Callis which gave great views along the coastline. We followed a mixture of paths and tracks to the top in beautiful lush countryside which was teeming with butterflies and bees.
The day ended with a demonstration by the kitchen staff of a traditional Italian meal, a tomato based pasta dish followed by a bowl of mussels and clams in a garlic laced sauce. Wow!
