Tristan und Isolde

This is the reason for my trip to Tokyo. I managed to get a ticket for a wonderful production of the famous opera. Directed by David McVicar and conducted by Ono Kazusho it was a stunning stage set and the music was of course, fabulous.

Rubbish weather however. Arrived looking like a drowned rat and returned to the hotel under similar conditions.
