Mystery object!

Yes, I know, it’s a screw, the mystery is, where has it come from? 
It was found two days ago under a table, we can find no vacant holes and nothing has come apart, fallen off  or stopped working. It’s about 3 cm.long and the  thread looks a bit fine for furniture.
At least it’s given me my Tjny Tuesday blip.
