Not the eye of a tiger..
or even a kingfisher, strictly speaking, as this one is probably just made of glass. It's a 19th. century example of the taxidermist's handiwork. Thank goodness such things are no longer popular, although it makes for an unusual tiny tuesday subject.
We're still doing some decorating and fixing things at first born's house, but had a quick wander in the town before the hardware store opened. The first extra shows part of the 9th. century crosses in the market place, the second extra shows the latest proposed High Speed train route, whilst the third extra shows me testing paint.
Another blip milestone has arrived, and I'm grateful to everyone for being so kind and funny. Blip is a great community.
We've just come back from a fabulous meal in town, so will catch up as soon as I can.
