A rainbow …..

….. ….. ….. partly hidden behind Slope Hill; fresh snow on the Remarkable Mountains.
I’d been watching (catching glimpses) of that very wide colourful rainbow as I drove home, but when it became partly hidden behind Slope Hill I just HAD to stop and take a photo. I tend to think of rainbows as being up high in the sky, but this one wasn’t.
For anyone local - I’d stopped on the high point of Hogan Gully Road.

It’s a very wintery and chilly day; a promise of things to come?
