Hurrah to the meadow brown butterfly - two in the garden today - on such a grey, windy day too... wonderful to see, hard to get a photograph though, as they were very shy!

Another jam packed day being creative, I'm utterly shattered, it takes so much out of me, but the paintings I have done so far have been fine & the other creations ok too... so I guess this Art Trek won't be too bad, I know I definitely feel calmer, as a few days ago I felt so ill over it all :S xxx
