No rainbow - just rain

Took a friend shopping this morning as she can no longer drive and luckily this was the only dry part of the day. Torrential rain all afternoon with thunder and strong, gusty winds. I had to have a light on at 3pm so that I could see to read and I lit a fire to cheer the room up. Popped out briefly to fill the bird feeders up and, first to arrive was the squirrel with only half a tail.
