The Easter Bunny

With the help of N, took Dad to a nearby garden centre this afternoon for a little Maundy Thursday outing. After he’d chosen some Spring primula for the garden (in extras), we went to the café for a cuppa and a slice of Easter cake. Coming out, we got caught in a torrential shower, with the gales blowing the rain sideways, made for an interesting drive home! Thanks to Storm Nelson, rivers in flood again, what with all the heavy rain we’ve had in the last couple of days.

Thank you for your kind good wishes for Dad yesterday. The District Nurse was back again this morning to redress his hand. The injuries from his February fall have finally healed, but we’re now back to square one with the hand.
