A Favourite Recipe

Lowell's Chicken - as we know it - was given to us a number of years ago by  our American friends, Michele and Pete Lowell.    It's a firm favourite,  easy and simple to cook and is delicious served with Garlic Bread.   The recipe can be seen in the extra if you are interested.
