Firestarter

As I'm typing - there's a particularly gruesome episode of wife swap on the idiot box. I am struck once again that the whole premise of the show - mix up two sets of parents with the sole purpose of creating conflict- is especially cruel to the kids who appear to have absolutely no choice in the matter. All seems a bit unnecessary really.
