Cycle ride.

Paul and I went out with the children today for a bike ride. We drove to Chard and parked at the reservoir and then rode the cycle route to Ilminster. First time out on a bike for me in many years and I thought I would just tolerate it for the sake of Paul and the children BUT.... I really enjoyed it. The sun was shinning, the children rode like little angels with no complaints, the views were stunning and we stopped for a pint what's not to enjoy??? We ended up doing 9 miles which I was really proud of me and the children for. However boy does my bottom hurt now lol

On the way back we collected Ferny and her, myself and the children went to the beach for a few hours. Had a lovely time down there in the afternoon and evening sun. Home and a chippy tea and a good natter for her and me for the evening and a sleepover thrown in too.
