Victorian

Easy time this morning slow start, our friends great granddaughter A  came over and we chatted for a while then we all went for a walk as far as the village pub, about 2 miles. We had hoped to book a Sunday lunch but they only open weekdays which seems a bit unusual.
We passed this lovely old Victorian letter box complete with shutter to keep birds from nesting in it.
After lunch we all went into the hall for a get together hot cross buns and a drink. We had a competition sheet with crypt clues to tv programs, don’t think we did that well.
Back to the caravan now we are back in the hall again this evening for an evening of games? We have been asked to bring a pen and scissors could be fun.
Lots of heavy showers until afternoon and strong winds much nicer now with blue sky’s been quite cool in the wind
