Not quite as perfect (!) as the one in the cook book but it’ll taste good :-)
Made the marzipan this afternoon and there was some left over which I had to eat - I love marzipan. I always make it myself, I don’t like the roll out readymade stuff in the shops. And we had a lovely visit from Kathy this morning. Raining again.
