A different view
Taken from inside Jacks Castle looking out to sea. I’ve not found out about the origins of the castle ruins yet, but I’m sure I will do at some point.
The ship in the foreground is a dredger apparently, flying on a Danish flag and headed for Dogger Bank. You can see it better from the extra, goodness know what the one at the back is.
Anyway, morning dog walk blip, which is quite a routine type day for me at the moment. A couple of extras. One take from further along Marine Parade and one of the rose arbour area at the other end of the lower path, where there is postbox topper type arrangement but of some Easter bunnies, playing on the grass. Who thinks up these things!
Some food shopping ready for our visitors tomorrow; bit of housework, although with two youngster being here there isn’t much point (or if the weather holds we will be on the beach for a couple of hours) and then late afternoon a mixed phone and video call catch up with Nicoiseannie, which as per was a great natter about all sorts of things.
I can’t believe the Easter weekend is here already. The clocks go forward tomorrow night too, and the weather has also been spring like and encouraging today!
