Aquarium and others

A busy day of adventure. Up to the Macduff Aquarium in the morning. It’s small but really interesting. We were able to take part in a touching session. Kara was right up for touching the starfish, urchins and hermit crab.

After a car lunch a wander by Boyndie Visitor Centre up close to the nearby turbines. Closest I’ve been to one before despite doing many projects about them over the years.

Kara fell asleep within 5 minutes at bed time. That sea air gets us all.

Side note, congratulations to Jen’s Mum officially retiring. She had her last night shift as a nurse at a care home earlier this week and a wee farewell party today. I’m sure she’ll be missed by the staff and residents alike.
