Chilly water this morning for my first swim in ages, and first early morning one of the season. It was GREAT to be back though. 
Another most pleasant day in the sunshine and a fresh westerly wind blowing all day. 
The van is back and looking beautiful. 
This afternoon's sauna was perfect. 
My first attempt at Ramen was very good I thought, the eggs were delicious.  I used a mushrrom broth I had in the freezer.
