Father & son

So X is finally working- it's been a long hard slog to find work and we are all very pleased, but he is doing nightshifts so we don't see very much of him at all. It was great then that he wasn't working Friday night AND that we had good weather this weekend so on Saturday morning we could both go with D to the park. D was very happy to have Daddy around. X will no doubt complain about the angle of this photo/the fact his hair is receding, but I love the expression on D's face, so it's my blip for the day - sorry X!

P.S I'm torn between cutting D's hair so it's not in his eyes and he feels cooler, and keeping it as it is - I love it, and the curls that you can't see so well here. Think we may have to compromise with a trim..
