ratatouille

Today I tried a ratatouille recipe I found online. It turned out yummy :-) and it will appear on the menu again very soon (leftovers!). I also learned that the dish in the Pixar movie is not a ratatouille (which is a stew) but a "vegetable tian" (which is a casserole). Most of the ingredients are actually fruits... What can I say? Both are great dishes to show of your knowledge of plant families and enlighten (or possibly annoy) your dinner partner(s).
