Not a Bargain

I bought a 100% cashmere jumper in size L in what I thought was a bargain sale at 66% off. Unfortunately I was sent this - a 100% polyester jumper in size xxxl! Look how long the sleeves are!! I fear a fraud has occurred but Karen Mullen were at least very quick to refund me on trust.
