Castle Bromwich Hall

I’m afraid this is now a wedding venue and not open to the general public, but the gardens are delightful and have just reopened after the winter.

Another morning of glorious light. The garden has such an array of bulbs and wild flowers. It’s Easter weekend so they had an Egg hunt.  There were lots of families having a fun time. There was a heron but a little girl scared it off….

I saw two ladybirds and a butterfly. Maybe it’s really Spring. 

I do hope the families return when there isn’t a chocolate incentive.
