A lovely splash of cheerful colour in the sun.
Good to see the sun, but still windy and rather cold.

I was very late posting my blip for yesterday.  We had a problem with the central heating boiler, which was leaking badly.   We put down a succession of towels to mop up the water.  Luckily we are insured for the central heating, but the issue was getting in the queue for an emergency gas engineer on Good Friday.  I did not fancy the whole weekend without heating or hot water.
A most helpful engineer came and immediately knew which part needed replacing,  So he ordered one there and then, but it could not be delivered until Tuesday, so he did a temporary repair, which seems to be holding.
I was able to have a warm shower this morning rather than the cold one I was expecting..
He will phone us on Tuesday to let us know the part has arrived and will give us a time when he will come and fit it. So far still working well.
