Cooking day
Looking forward going to our sons tomorrow for Easter Sunday lunch. I am in charge of the starters, platter of salmon terrine, scallops, prawns for the fish lovers and a platter of mixed salami, cheese, olives, sun dried tomatoes for the meat lovers, plus I have made some samosas and hot cross buns, just in case I have missed someone out
