Our newest resident

Jazz is a rescue horse, brought to the village by Tina. He is living in the field in the centre of the village. He is already a hit with the school children and waits to see them alighting from the bus on school days.

I stopped my car on my way home to introduce myself.

I’d been to Julie’s for coffee and lunch. Always a pleasure. She is having no side effects from her new heart medication and looks better already.

Back at home and Lesley from the photography group called. She introduced Mum to haikus a couple of years ago and they used to send them to each other.

Now it is time to eat more fish pie!
