Friday

Had a lovely call with a potential client in the south of France.
I created an irresistible offer for her - loads of value.
I hope she will accept.
Then I drove to Scotstown to meet Simone.
She had one of her amazing books for me :)
We chatted, walked a bit and I drove home via Waitrose and got food for possibly 2 weeks :)
I had read too many recipes the day before so I bought all I could remember to have options.

Later Neil and I went out again to pick up my prescription and we went for a coffee to Sonny and Vito.
Back home we both finished stuff then met for a wee practice session on the yoga mat before cooking together a delicious meal of salmon, cauliflower and sweet potatoes.
