Saturday: Horse Chestnut Tree …
… which has burst its buds and has fresh green leaves appearing on many of the branches :-))
I was awake at 6am and got up.
MrD and our daughter went for a walk around the Cefni Reservoir, somewhere we both know having worked for the Welsh Water.
Our family had gone to Betws y Coed and Caernarfon and they had an enjoyable day.
I pottered around the garden in warm sunshine, I’d had an idea of something different for my granddaughters to play. Collected pebbles, glass pebbles and some acrylic shapes - gave them a wash, also washed plastic plates and plant pot saucers. Everything left to dry in the sunshine, the girls (aged 4 and 8) played all sorts of games and created patterns with the pebbles - there was a lot of sharing too :-))
MrD took our daughter to the station to catch her train late afternoon …
Cooked baked potatoes in the Actifry for dinner, with sausage and beans for some, tuna, cheese and salad for others - everyone so tired after their busy day …
We watched “Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation” this evening, more frenetic chases and twists & turns …
Love and hugs to all my family XXXX XXX XX
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
