Easter Sunday!

At Birmingham Vineyard Church.
My favourite day of the year!
And three adult baptisms by full immersion, always an exciting event.
One young Cantonese lady, an Iranian man, and a young man in his 20’s.
Lots of cakes, coffees and teas and soft drinks after the service.
We’ve just had our lunch and expect the family to arrive here for tea later.
I made my first gluten free, nut free and dairy free sponge cake yesterday. It’s turned out really well.
I used some xanthan gum and lemon juice to add moisture.
Just have to add the jam and lactose free butter icing now.
So good that our local supermarket stocks lots of FreeFrom products.
