Not pretty.

Dawn walk, assist a fella loading up traffic cones and signs, bus, walk, swim, walk, haircut, walk, shop, walk, bus, walk.

Whilst walking back to town from the pool, stopped to watch a pair of Dippers in the River Ness islands area. When I eventually started to take out the camera, they flew off, of course. Ach well, they were too far away for the lens I had. Much later, a sunset time walk.
