Well last night the EMTB did bring a restless nighty aching everywhere could not get.comfy.
Question would I do it again??.oh yes
Nurofen and paracetamol.sorted today.
Our garden coming to.life the tulips like.the sun! and our son has just finished a  book.called.Atomic Habits and his new read  is the psychology of.money..
A beautiful.sunny day.. Im  3/4 way through my book fiction. The saturday morning parkrun..
Tomorrow early run with a group called Run coffee cake. Hubby coming.. 8am start canal run..
Clocks sprung forward yesterday offcially spring and dusk tonight is 7.40pm! woo hoooooo
